I have been offered a trade for my Alpine CDA-7893 headunit for an Pioneer DEH-P840MP headunit + $50. I was just wondering does anyone out there own this deck and would like to comment on the decks quality in hardware and MP3 playback, CD playback and any issues that they have had with this deck?

Also is this a fair deal that i am getting?

 

Good deck, has good features. Premier quality i've always loved better. (higher voltage pre-outs)

Very easy to work with/tune daily driver set ups.

I've never had a single problem with any mid-higher end Premier deck CD/CD-R or MP3 wise.
