I hear ya John... but the root problem is generally in the equipment and not the install... so troubleshooting is out...

I used a canadian tire noise filter. in the dash, only for the HU and interfaces. It stopped the clicks from when the car turns things on and off, wipers, rear defog, etc.

Well i grounded the deck's ground to the amp in the trunk and viola!
No more noise...

i need one for my fm antenna lol, i get serious noise after about 30 mins of listening to the radio

you can get isolators through DLC distributors, check out there site "DLC distridutors.ca"
