Man Change your car . I have an E39 and that car`s been a B**** to me since the day i bought it and by that i mean that there not Car Audio Friendly. I couldnt get a alternator and because of that i can only run 1600 RMS on my system or else it will be overkill.

But your car`s alternator is 140 amp so your good i guess. This is what i did with my car , i bought the system and the amp including the wiring took it over to BMW Dealership sat there forced them to work on my car they took 350$ but everything was Amazing , such a clean job and they also got the most out of my stock Bose Speakers.

The Best way is BMW , but u gotta force them lol they hate me though.
