Audio Advice?

Audio Advice?
Hey there,
I have been looking around online and stumbled upon this site, thought I'd ask for some help. So I'm 18 yrs old and about 0 experience with car audio. I have a hatchback mk4 golf, and i recently installed an amp and subs (jl CS210). Unfortunately i still have the 12 year old no-name 6.5" speakers.
I have no knowledge in speakers so my question is what 4 speakers should i buy (6.5" 2 front 2 back) to put in my hatchback car? Im looking to spend 180-220 for 4 6.5". I'm just trying to find the best "bang for your buck".
A friend recommended the Alpine spr60c but I have no idea weather those are good or not.

Edit: Also, is there a difference between facing the subs towards the seats vs away ?
