how about the distributor not being able to get product? people waiting MONTHS for speakers, amps, subs, because the distributor can't get any in stock? not only that, it makes hte dealer look like an @sshole because the customer doesn't care about the distributor, just the retailer who's taken his money and not given him anything, because it's all back ordered. I know of one audiobahn retailer who's pretty fed up.

So to all of you that have those Flame Excursion subs that have separated...fill out a complaint at http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/C...anyID=100000803 for Product Quality.

For those of you that have amps that the protect light doesn't come on, you have a green light, but no output, fill one out for Product Quality

For those of you that have sent stuff in for warranty and it has taken over a month to receive your replacement, file one for Guarantee/Warranty.

As a retailer, I too have had issues with their product, never again will it land in this store. I have a couple models left to get rid of and then say goodbye, don't let the door smack you on the way out, don't go away mad, just go away....

I love in our industry how a marketing company thinks they can make and sell car audio. Luckily we've never sold it and won't even install the crap. I've had customers bring it to the store with the fuse intact but the amp still caught on fire. I also get a kick out a 600 watt amp with a 20 amp fuse. We call their power ratings the JBF wattage output. Just Before Fire, this amp will put out 600 watts.
