what it means is a&B now has a company with money behind it. what it means to FS and bby and visions (as a good chunk of their computers come from seanix) who know's.....
oh, and everything that's been going on with a&b is public knowledge, right on a&b's website...

The problem with this deal is that evidently Seanix is going to keep the same A&B Sound people in place.
Does this make sense? The ones that ran the company into the ground get another chance to do it again!
Seanix won't be involved from what I understand. All they are going to do is inject money into the company to get it going again.
Who knows? We'll have to see what happens.
I'm going to use my gift card today before it becomes invalid.
P.S. Wouldn't that be a conflict of interest if A&B is owned by Seanix who in turn supplies its' competitors? "Oops, sorry (FS, BB, Visions), we forgot to ship your order this month." Could they gouge them while giving a better price to A&B? Hmmm...

I don't know if it is true, but the whole time I worked for FS we were always told that the reason there was HUGE margin in the computer stuff was that FS owned the company that made "cicero" which is their inhouse brand computers which is made by Seanix...................
So if FS owns Seanix.............does that mean that FS owns....................A&B ?

Should this be in the Black Void?
Being that I have a fairly good grasp of the comercial side of electronics distritution and sales, I thinks it's harmful to the industry to discuss this openly.
