Best 800in^3 Street Max Battery

If you could only buy one 800in^3 battery, and needed it to supply large power, what would you buy?

Not too worried about the cost, just want to learn about bad a$$ Street Max batteries....

So far the closest I've found to 800in^3 is Kinetik 2400 (740in^3), NSB 90 (586in^3) but size might not necessarily be stronger/better. :dunno:

Thanks for sharing...

Father Yuli 05-13-2010 04:56 PM

DeadlySones 05-13-2010 04:56 PM

Never heard of C&D... I'll have to look them up. :smilie_da

Anyone know what battery Team Trinlect uses?

Father Yuli 05-13-2010 04:57 PM

hmmm... I just looked the 2150 up again. I thought it was over 800in^3 but I didn't realize the measurements included the top post. Without it, it's under 800. NICE!

How does it stack against the Kinetik 2400? I don't mind spending the money for the right battery. I want something new.

Father Yuli 05-13-2010 05:07 PM

smokes the kinetik

DeadlySones 05-13-2010 05:08 PM

NIIIICE! I didn't even know Cactus made batteries... how much are they?

DeadlySones 05-13-2010 05:15 PM

O.K. So who has a hookup for new 2150's?

DeadlySones 05-13-2010 05:35 PM

Looks like Windsor Metal & Battery carries 2150's. I'm going to call them tomorrow to see how much. :)

jalat 05-13-2010 05:47 PM

saw one today....

audiocustoms85 05-13-2010 05:48 PM

the cactus battery is the best battery you can use in the class.... but its got about a $1000 price tag. If you are really interested in one go on termpro and pm christoph (username cactus sounds)

DeadlySones 05-13-2010 05:49 PM

There's a 125? lol...

Edit: NOPE! It's almost 1000in^3. Looks like a serious battery though.

DeadlySones 05-16-2010 03:37 AM

They'd have to order it for $410. :)

PowerHouse tells me their cost is $365.

Exactly, $365 is "their cost". Then there's "their markup". When I told him what WM&B wanted for theirs he said "jump on it". :dunno:

DeadlySones 05-16-2010 05:38 PM

Oh, and to let everyone know, I went with the PC2150. ;)

Thanks for all the info though. This battery will do for now, I'll worry about the cactus when I have the power to utilize that bad boy. lol
