The Big 3 -- WITH PICTURES :p !!!
5 Attachment(s)
Ok, I went under the hood and took some pictures. I could not find the engine to chasis wire. Here are all of the wires that I found that I am guessing need to be upgraded:
Picture 1 : Negative to Body Pictures 2 and 3 : Positive to Alternator Pictures 4 and 5 : Negative to Engine Do you guys think I should make a ground leading from the Engine to the chasis??? If you say yes do you think it would be proper to use the ground on the engine that leads from the negative on the battery, use that ground on the engine to hook to the chasis (or if you think it would be better to hook to the frame than it would be to hook to the chasis please let me know :))????? Thanks for the help. I can't wait to get this done :D! |
what gauge wire are you going to use ?
|
0 gauge  so that I never have to do it again.
|
I thought I read somewhere that you are going to sell that car ?

hahaha, I was wonderin how long it would take for that question to arise...
Me and my dad went out one day and explored every issue with my blazer. I have about $300 in needed repairs and an extra $400 in repairs to keep it looking nice. The only real reason why I wanted a different car is because it costs me $75 (prolly $100 canadian?) to fill the tank. It gets pretty bad gas mileage but we started thinking that if I got a little 4 cylinder car I might put more money into keeping the engine in proper working condition than I would paying for the gas in my blazer (had it 6-7 years in the family and absolutely no issues). Besides if i keep the blazer I can still go ofroading :cheeky4:. Plus I think it will do good for high numbers in spl, agreed? |
better than a trunk for spl , I would think so , seems like a small car would image better though < depends on speaker placement > .

OK! Jeese, I am keeping my car and I suck with exchange rates, hahaha. Now could someone help me with my dilema??? Pleeeaaase :). Here, I will make the question easier: Are the wires in the picture the only wires that I have to upgrade or am I missing anything that I need to upgrade to 0 gauge wire???
Thanks :) |
Yep, that's the three.
|
