All you need is the big rubber gasket, a sawz all, and some inginuity.. lol..
I think a plazma torch is what you would really want to use to cut the hole... does home depot rent those out.. lol ???

done tons, we always use a airsaw, the cut is fine and the piece can easily be fibregalssed back into place or welded. you will need to source some accordian boot. try a canopy retailer, its not the most common stuff, but you will find it. make sure to urethane the boot in place between the cab and bed/ in my experience if you dont build it so that there is a piece that covers the boot between the bed and the box you lose a ton of output and will shred the boot and at 10-15 a foot, you dont want to do that

i got my boot from canopy west in edmonton. they only charged me around 8 bux a foot. what kind of subs are you going to put in this blow thru. for some ideas there are pics of mine on my sds page at the link below. btw defro, what do you mean by a piece that covers the boot between the cab and box??
