BMW speaker replacement package - comments?

I know you guys are uber-serious audiophiles and might sneer at this, but check this out:

This a complete replacement speaker package for a BMW sedan. The speakers are all Rainbow Audio. Does this suck, price wise or quality wise? Just curious! Thanks! I still have to get a head unit first, but I'm thinking further down the road for speaker upgrades.

Rainbow is more than respectable equipment. Is it the be the all end the all, it depends on what you think and the investment you are prepared to make.
