box damage?

The box I've been using for a while now has become a little worn?

Specifically, the holes where the screws hold the subs in have become worn and don't hold screws as well, or are breaking completely.

Is there a product or recommendation to fill in or fix the holes so that the box can still be used? It's a nice box that I hate to throw out for a reason like that.

The baffle is the side of the box that the woofers mount to. The white pieces on yours.

Wood filler is pretty common, but you would probably still need to make new holes and rotate the subs a little as I dont think it would hold up if you filled and re-tapped the same holes.

Wrote this in another thread. Use wood glue and pointy tooth picks. Put glue on toothpicks and fill the holes breaking them off flush. Let dry. Good as new!!
