Buddies Install

My buddy bought some of my gear and wants to get it installed. Basically a FI BL15 fully loaded, mounted but never saw power, CDT EF61CF comp set (brand new), a Rockford T10001BD, and a PG Xenon 2002. He plans to buy a in dash DVD as well and have that installed. Vehicle is a 2005 GMC 2500HD I believe, with Bose sound system (hence why I don't want to touch it). Everything is stock, so you wouldn't have any surprises.

I got a buddy who is the car audio manager at Visions in Grande Prairie, AB, but his install guy hates doing customer product installs. Haven't checked with the other shops yet. Are there any shops in Edmonton that might help out? He isn't worried about price at all (in reason of course), and doesn't need anything flashy, just basic install. If there is anyone who has some pretty good skills as an independant installer, we could work a deal out to bring you up and have you do it, his parents have a huge shop.

He also has a second vehicle so leaving one somewhere might not be a problem for a couple weeks. Post or hit me back with a PM if you can help/point me in the direction of good help. Thanks.

EDIT - Forgot to mention I will be gone until Sunday night, so don't be surprises if I don't post or PM back until Sunday or Monday.

Interesting, I'll have to look him up. Kinda surprised with only one response.

Garrett's the only guy I trust to work on my car beyond what I can do myself. I've never seen anything he's done that wasn't spectacular. He's doing a fibreglassed sub box for me right now :)

Ya, I PM'ed him, haven't heard back yet. Might see if one of the shops in town could do it too, might be easier that way and to not have to drive all over the place...if your buddy could come up though that would be sweet. See what happens I guess.

You're better to call him, as he's pretty busy. 449-0666.
