Can bus one din

So im new to the forum and i would like some help I have a megane 2 that has an OEM lcd screen and i would like to change my head unit. So my question if someone knows a 1 din head unit with usb bluetooth that has the posibility to have canbus output so the id3tags could be displayed on the oem lcd screen. Thank you
