Capacitor output

Hi everyone i was wondering why most capacitor manufacurers offer 5 to 50 farad caps with only a 0/1 guage input and most have two or three 4/8 guage outputs, now correct me if im wrong but if u are using 15 farads is having two four guage outputs useless, would u not need 0/1 outputs to supply lots of current to larger amps? My amps are US Amps 2000x and Alpine pdx 4/150. Now the US Amp draws lots of power would i be ok connecting 4 gauge to it from the cap?

Without breaking out my slide ruler and current chart, the big reasons would be:

a - Usually very short runs from the cap to the amps - so wire gauge does not have to be as large..
b - alot of amps have only 4 gauge inputs maybe 2 - so no need to have large gauge outs
c - some engineer & a marketing gut looking at a total cost of the unit and having to hit a price point - and 4 gauge blocks were probably cheaper...

Sort of ranked from most important to least..

If you could you'd shove that cap right in the amp and attached it directly the board... but that makes for big ugly hard to install amps.. :(
