Agree but these boxes are phaze one. If I made the boxes any bigger you wouldn't hear them with the 1000 watts he is using. And I didn't charge $300 a box. If I was building all the angles and rounded edges I would charge more. Unfortunately the customer is not willing to pay that much.

Only problem I see is sealing the sub in, like do you have a plate to install a round sub?

I never was any good at shapes!
