Choosing an amplifier
I am looking at this JBL sub and I am wondering what Amp would be right to power it. Can someone please tell me how to choose the right amp for a sub, i dont understand what "watts RMS" and "watts peak" means. Also if someone could direct me to a site that will show me how to hook up a simple deck>amp>sub system with the wiring that would be amazing.

Watts peak should not be looked at, it is meaningless. Try and match the RMS wattage for amp subs and speakers.
