Also my lpf on my deck doesn't have a turn off it only has a "through" setting? What does this mean

lpf on amp or deck? post the model of deck and amp.

It is kenwood kdc-352u. And that's on my deck It has a "through" setting.

ok I checked it. Set it to through, and just use the lpf on the amp.

Oh okay man thanks most of the settings on the deck have a "through" setting do that's what I' have it on but thanks again for the help!

Through means no filter, so full range.
An infrasonic filter is useful in every sub system.
