compustar instal question

How tough are these alarms to instal?
The reason I ask as there is a guy locally on CL selling a new one for a pretty reasonable price (I think?) its the P2W9000FMR SA for $250 but don't know what all is involved in installing them. I went to their website but they dont have any instal stuff that I could see, just user manuals. Would the instal manual in the box be writen in clear enough english that some one with the basic skills could instal it or.....? What do you think
Thanks Sr

I installed one in my grand prix and one in my civic, it wasn't to hard and it works pretty well, but if you own a newer car you might need some extra work to bypass factory alarms and stuff. I wouldn't suggest you doing it if you don't have any experience with installing alarms. Trying to save a few bucks might ending up costing you if you do something wrong. If you do it, see if you can get a wiring diagram off the net or at your local shop. Safest bet would be to find a local shop to do it, assuming they know what they are doing it will save you a lot of hassles. Good luck.
