crossover settings
Hey all,
First time poster, please be gentle
I have a pickup truck with a kenwood deck and alpine speakers.....the ones with the separate tweeters? Anyway, I had a blown tweeter and I couldn't buy a single tweeter, so I upgraded to Alpine ($300 at the dealer, $160 on Ebay??) and I think what I had earlier sounded better. I have crossover settings on my deck, hoping I could improve the sound, but it seems like anything I select for crossover settings has no effect on the sound? If my crossovers were not working, would I even hear anything? What are the common crossover settings?
Thanks all,
Dan
