DE 1000 or US1000?

ok well im buying both of these amps and wondering which one too keep. the power ratings are the same, so what do you guys think i should do? and why? are there any differences in sound? any diff. in other ways(besides the obvious 2 ch./1 ch, and effecince)?

Sound quality doesnt matter too much when it comes to subs IMO. I still steer clear of brands like pyramid and such, but unless i'm doing a show car and everything has to match, then I dont tend to care TOO much about SQ for subs since the sound is so low you probably wouldnt notice anyway. That of course, is just me.

I know you said "Except the obvious" but sometimes the obvious is the divider for me. Efficiency is a BIG thing for me. Yes I have plenty of reserve to back it up, but hell, if I can pull less from my battery, then I will.
