Decided with the P3 over Type R

Hi Guys,
A few days ago I posted a topic regarding if I should go for the Alpine Type R or RF P'3. My old subs were 2 12" PG Xmax V.2. Decided to buy new subs and got 2 12" Type R's. Installed in my car for 2 days, wasn't impressed. Exchanged them today for 2 12" Rockford P3's. Installed them right away and was totally blown away from them. Very nice SQ/SPL subs. IMO, sounds better than my Xmax's. The bass is a lot cleaner and louder. Feeding a RF BD1001 amp to them. They are getting 500 watts each. I got them for $300 each which is a pretty good deal.
