Deck resets when bass hits

Deck resets when bass hits
I currently have 1 12" Premier TS-w3004SPL sub powered by a Premier GM-7150 amp, with 4 guage wire. My deck is a Clarion VRX755VD.
Sub is 1000rms/3000max
amp is 400rms/750max
Somehow, my deck will cut out (reset) when a large amount (not deep) bass hits. I have my deck configured so everything (bass/mids/treble) is at 0.
I've been told that it could be loose wiring at the back of my deck, but I've double, and triple checked every time it happens.
It doesn't ALWAYS happen on a certain song and a certain part, just somewhat randomly with different songs that have lots of bass.
One song being Fabulous feat. Young Jeezy - Diamonds on my Damn Chain
Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

the ground from my deck however, not so sure. I'm going to check that right now.
as for the big 3, I am going to do all the wiring with 4 guage and it will be done in the next couple weeks as I have a hifonics bxi2006d, 2x premier ts-w3001d4 and the kicker 1/0 PKD1 wiring set.
I just pray its a ground somewhere now so that when I get my new stuff I wont have any problems. Thanks again guys.

If it's a used deck, or been in and out of the dash alot - check the little metal pins inside the molex that plug into the deck - make sure your power and grounds are all seated properly. If your not sure what to look for - go see a Clarion dealer when you have the deck out of the dash and they can take a quick look at the harness to make sure it is ok.
As well if you want take the radio out of the dash and give it a couple little bumps while it's on and in your hands... it could be a cold solder joint etc that cuts out a bit when the right bass note hits.
If the deck is fine 99% of the time it's probably not a current ish IMO - unless you have the internal amp loaded down on a few pairs of 6x9's or something
If you can't find anything wrong drop by a good car audio dealer and ask them what it would cost to check the unit and the install - most will do it for a fair price and you know your problem will get solved properly.
Anything else - let us know

Well it is fixed. Thanks guys.
As far as who installed the deck (brand new at the time) was Audio Video Unlimited.
Whoever worked there, wired both the amp and deck originally using 12 guage (to the amp +/-) I laughed at my brother because he wondered why the amp never did work..... anyways the negative from the deck, like most of you said, was grounded wrong. Again whoever did this, grounded it to an aluminum clip that was holding the cover for under my steering wheel on. The little clip was clipped to plastic. Ground = going nowhere.
Thanks everyone, I regrounded to the chassis and the problem SEEMS to be fixed, any more problems I'll be sure to post.
