yeah an 850i would be rad but i dunno how many could afford one, to buy and to own, hehe that v12 prolly sucks it back good. been lookin at some 325i's or a 535i early 90's ones i like the styling on them better. even if i could find and old m3 or m5 that would be rad. either than or an old audi s4 like 95-96 when they had the aggressive bulldog stance, not the way they are now or even an old 91-92 audi quattro coupe if you can find one still those are rad little cars.

I would like to see something that appeared totally stock, even though everyone seems to be against it - a mainstream car . like cavalier/sunfire/neon/focus but appear totally stock.
With this type of setup you can demonstrate that a car doesn't need alot of heavy modification to sound great..
Sure its nice to see a vehicle with 4 sets of components in the doors, but lets keep it reality..

thats kinda what i am doing with my sunfire right now. its just a pretty basic system in a 03 sunfire 4door. alpine cda-9835, avi XL direct components off deck power in 3 way mode, pg xs2500, and soon to be an old school avi sl-250 recone in a ported box carpeted to blend into the trunk. the system sounds decent i just used the stock speaker location for mid and tweet an have a sls300 in a sealed box till m sub gets back from avi and i'm impressed works good for a demo to show people what you can do on the really low end of the spectrum.

As for a demo car - I'd like to see one that sounds good. It can look like whatever it wants to but it should sound good.
And lets add some kickpanels. I get pissed off when I see a neon/painted glass/video democar with......stock speaker locations. Um, yeah ok... Stock spots are rarely ideal and yeah I know a bunch of people climb in and out all the time but lets get real. [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img]

Amen to that! Sure a tricked-out trunk is cool to look at and then you get to the front and it's all stock locations [img]graemlins/boring.gif[/img]
