dont point and laugh how do you set the clock on a jvc deck about 3 years old ? :)
 

the title says it all ive got a friend with a gastly jvc deck i think the model # is something like kd 980 or 908 i dunno any hepl would be great.

Press and hold the SELECT button (the one that does bass/treble/balance/face) until the feature menu comes up - usually clock set is the first feature. Once the menu comes up you can let go of the button.

Use the <</>> buttons to select hour / minute

Use the volume control to change the number.

Press SELECT to exit the menu.

nah man I get it all the time - people asking how to set the clock. I like those old JVCs too - I just gave an old 550 to a buddy for his 60 Biscayne :thumbsup:

Most brands are pretty steady in that all their stuff is set the same way. Notable exceptions are Pioneer (even their manual is wrong sometimes) and newer JVCs are all the same but different than the old. :ohwell:
