Double din touch screen with gps

I am looking for a replacement for my stock ford focus stereo. I want to try and fit a double din unit in its place. Could somebody suggest a 6" or 7" head unit with touch screen and gps.

There are quite a few out there,check reviews on decks.
Bang for the buck clarion NX501

Kenwoods are also good.

Check Pioneer Z140
