Ebay
Hi everyone!!!!
I was wondering if anyone has ever purchased any car audio from ebay. I found a great deal on an amp and they claim that its not refurbished or b stock. The name of the ebay store is dimension audio. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated :) |
Why not do a google search on dimension audio. :)
|
hundreds of good experiences, a couple less good and one bad. I use ebay exclusively for used or new vintage equipment

The question that you have to ask yourself is do you like your local car audio guys???
If you ever have a problem with the product, who do you take it too?? Sending it back takes time, and money, and local shop owners don't have time for the do-it-yourselfers...you'll always get crappy service when you bring in your e-bay purchase for advice, and now you've lost local guys that want to see this industry grow. Personally go talk to the local shop before investing in a "good deal".... |
I live in a small city so unfortunately my choice for car audio guy is a total rip off. He has told me several things that I later found out to be untrue and his prices are ridiculous
|
Mahna Mahna I tried to google search them and neither good or bad reviews. Absolutely nothing
|
check out powerbass, you could order directly from them and there stuff is fair pricing also look up incriminator audio they also make nice stuff and u could order from them and have them ship to you.

Well, what can I say, Not every-one is honest, but about pricing it is very hard to compete with the internet. If it is just about the price you simply will not find it cheaper than on-line.....and this would take a very long time to explain for someone who only has price on the brain. Most independent guys are trying to make an honest living and get screwed over buy internet shoppers, and internet dealers...I am just trying to help out the little guy, they need to eat too, and they are usually passionate about car audio or they would not be selling it. It takes a tone of volume to buy groceries and this my friend is the truth.

exactly right.....in this time....people are broke......for the most part....esp....as we all age....grow up.....have families and kids to feed.....it sux to be a small shop and have the net deals bombing everthing, not to mention block stores.......its the hardknox story right!! that being said i myself buy off ebay all the time, and sell, but i live in penticton and for me the only place to really buy is Vancouver.....maybe K-town too!! but im cheap.....i want a deal....haha |
Well unfortunately for the small town guy who wants to rip me off money and quality are both issues with my car audio purchase.
And to agree with Garvok I absolutely am cheap and want a deal also. Times are tough for all of us. |
