Are the Eclipse Icepower amps worth looking at?
HI, I'm new to this site, but i'm definitely not new to the car audio world. I've kinda been out of the loop for a good 5 years now and want to get back into it. So what I'm asking is exactly what the subject says. I found a good deal on a 2 channel Eclipse Icepower amp and am wondering is its decent quality to power my diamond audio D3 components.
I know eclipse makes excellent HU's and subs but I've never really looked deep into their amp products. any inputs? Thanks, |
We have completed 4 installs the past month using the Eclipse amps. I think they are great. Is the amp the last years XA2000? What price on it?

I'm pretty sure its last year's model. It doesn't have that wave design that I'm seeing on the Eclipse website of the current models. I might be able to snag one for under 200$ shipped.

From Canada or the US?

yeah that's the amp. and yes everything is coming from the US for me. I have yet to find a good online dealer of car audio equipment in Canada. All I have where I live is Future Shop and Canadian Tire. So when I said under 200$ that's in Canadian dollars.

My price on this amp is going to be $200 inc gst + shipping. I am a authorized dealer of the amp so you get full warranty on it as well. This is waaaaaay below normal dealer cost on this amp. I bought some when they were on sale thus the low price that you are finding on them.

Been told Robs (MR2NR) a good guy to do business with. Not to mention the warranty that you could not get from the U.S. :smilie_da
