EFX Batteries by Scosche
Does anyone have experience with these batteries?
http://www.scosche.com/CatalogImages...px/EDC1200.jpg I wanted to pick up this one because it matches my red theme I have going in my car more than an Optima Yellow Top. More information can be found here It's a dry cell battery which is also capable of deep cycle like the optima yellow top. Thoughts? |

but red tops aren't suppose to be beaten on correct like a yellow top can be ?
|
Well you can just not as much as a Yellow. And if its a second battery they seem to work pretty good. I also know some companies make battery covers that can be colour match to suit your layout or style.

you could always get a yellow top and paint it, ive seen that done a couple times.

Also check out the cost of a Hawker Odessey (sp?) .... they have a red top and are generally cheaper than the rebadged alternatives.

http://www.odysseyfactory.com/images/PC1500T.jpg I found a Canadian distributor and the price for 2 odyssey's is cheaper than 2 efx's. Specs for the EFX can be found here Thanks, JordyO! |
