ttt = to the top
bump = the same thing
BOTH are a way to 'bump' your post up to the top of the list...people usually use this to keep their for sale ads noticeable

And also look to the top left. There is a few banners.
TTT = to the top. Bump means the same and it is to move the post to the top of the list.
