anybody have any experience with them, I have been looking at a few of their amps and they seem reasonably priced but don't know much about exile

I'm running an exile s500.1 monoblock amp right now. 500wRMS @ 2ohms, and it is great

Seems to run a bit hot to the touch, but I've pounded it for hours with no issues

Only good things to say about mine so far, 1.5 years in. Run mine in enclosed space full out without heat problems. Great bang for the buck.

i have a 2400.1 and never had a problem , stays relatively cool even when being throttled , strappable as well!
Am purchasing 2 sets of their 6.5 components as well , 175 rms .
