Fast Amp Question. Ebay

Alright I think I have chosen the amp I am looking for. To power my Infinity 1250w Subs.

My only question. I have decided to run my amp with a 2 channel, one to each sub, directly. So I will be needing a 4 OHM output amp, to each channel.

Now, this amp SAYS. 500w RMS each Channel 4 ohms, 1000w max Each channel, 4 ohms.

But then it also says mid way down, 2ohm stable.

Soooo ?

You can run that amp in stereo with a sub on each channel if you wish. With the exception of the old Lanzar Vibe 1200D amp every Lanzar Vibe amp is going to be overrated power wise. The model you have shown will be powerfull enough to run your two 1250's just fine though.

Yes that model is 2ohm stereo stable. Just about every car audio amp is going to be at least stable to 2ohms stereo if not lower.

depending on your electrical system in the car tohugh, if it gives you what you want with a 4 hom load, I'd stick with that...

There seems to be some huge thing about running at the lowest impedance possible, and it always easier on the car to run at a higher impedance.

Running the amp at 2 ohms, will require more Amps from the battery/alternator, and require les voltage. Running at 4 ohms will require more voltage, but less amps... it's often easier to meet the voltage requirements, than the amperage requirements...

that being said, if it's just not enough power at 4 ohms, then by all means, wire accordingly to produce a 2 ohm load...
