Here are a couple of pics of my HU as it sits now, moulded into my dash. huge thanks to Tim Ballie and Peter at maximum threshold for help, advice and a place to work!




edit: and yes, that is real cabon fibre.

pretty simple with the denford units... carefully peel the aluminum face off the unit, then I epoxy'd it into the slot on the dash trim. (stock single din ISO rocks) then filled in the hole in the dash, sanded it all smooth, bondo'd it, and covered it in fibre.
