Foggy internals?

So on an amp that has a plexi bottom, if that plexi looks like it has fog on it on the inside (small spots all over) could this be potentially bad? The internals look FRESH.

Pics would help.
From the description, it could be a heat issue causing the foggy spots.

has the plexi been frosted?!? lol

If the amp was mounted plexi face up, and assuming it might be an AB amp, could it have to do with heat?

Its an AX3200de I sold to my friend, and now he's saying I sold him a bad amp. The plexi is on the bottom.

The bottom panels on old US Amps were all plexi. The amp should always be mounted heatsink up so that should never become a heat issue, and back then amps were works of art.
