Getting my Amp setup In a couple days, Will I notice this?

It was Steve Manley that used to be the installer there....im having the same problem with my deck not fitting all the way into the dash, trust me its usually not the fault of the installer as most aftermarket head's are deeper than shock one's. some guys will "make" it fit by busting whatevers behind the deck......P.S, its a kenwood deck in my 97 cavi and with the rca's attached, the head will not go in.

I mean you could see the cage around the headunit the silver metal thats what was sticking out about 1/2 " not just the plastic part they use, I know you can use different Plastic peices to go around the stereo not to make it look like crap,.
