i was PMing back and forth with fazes, and it seems we cant come up with a good car audio shop in the greater victoria area... sound advice, sound solutions, Island audio, Ralph's radio, they all have serious flaws, be it price, selection or staff (usually its staff from what i have seen)...anybody know of a good reliable retailer in the greater victoria area

Speed of Sound on Herald St. hands down.. ... Alpine thinks so too as they were named the only F-#1 status retailer on the Island.

Brian and Bob are the most knowledable and honest guys you will ever come across, top notch installs w/lifetime warrantee, top of the line equipment and helpful attitudes.

Are you guys telling me you have never been in this shop? You're kidding, right?

Speed of sound is a very good store, these guys definitely know their stuff, they are not a new shop or new to the industry, they both have been around the block many times. They are the only shop in Victoria that I as a dealer would feel comfortable recommending.

There is a basic website only right now, much much more work to be done as time and $ allow. www.forbiddenaudio.com The Naniamo store is run by two friends who have long dreamed of having their own stereo shop, both are from Powell River, BC. One has a good sales background and is now learning car audio / security and performance (Dean Carto) and the other is a installer with oodles of experience with all walks of car audio and experience (Jade Ettel) formerly for Audio Concepts in Calgary.
