Good "Sounding" Amp
I want a really good sounding amp for my car. Either a 4 channel 50w-100w per channel or 5 channel for the woofer.

A "good sounding" amp will allow your music to pass through with no coloration or changes, not imparting it's own "sound".
Most better quality brand name amps do this. If you're really after clarity, look to names like Audison but be prepared to pay for it. |
for me the new alpine pdx-f4
|
I just had the alpine PDX F6 hooked up and I love it its 150 W per channel though. The F4 might be better if your looking for 100W per channel... But I thinks these alpines are probably the best on the market right now.

Yup, I just finished install of a Pdx-5 and it's the best amp I've ever owned

Arc Audio 4100SE, ARC SE series amps are just overwhelmingly dominating the SQ scene

There was still JBL, JL Audio, Mosconi, Zapco and Alpine amps being used at Finals. Guess who dominated?
