hi i just got a 1984 mustang non hatch and i need a system. right now i have 2 12L7 and the thing is that i dont think they can fit in the trunk of the car? so i was thinking of getting 1 or 2 diff subs that dont need a big box but i still want them to be loud? any one have any idea's????

Your L7 will actually work really well in that car, have heard a couple now....just use a smaller box and a little more power.

hum right now i have 1 kx1200.1 running them both. should i go to 2 1000w amp's and should i go ported or seald?

No no, you'd be fine with the KX1200.1

Go with a sealed box of about 1.2 Cuft or so for each sub, you'll be happy(if it fits, It should be really loud....My friend Brad who works for Auidowaves uses the same amp with 2 15" Type R's and hits high 140's possibly 150, in the same size box...except his is in a Blazer.
