Got screwed, what can I do?

which model is this... I see a set on amazon.com for like $50. You purchased cash no receipts. Eyes wide open. You have no leg to stand on. That is a cash under the table sale. Besides... somehow I find that speakers blowing so fast is either an indication that they are very cheap... very cheap fakes... or you abused them. Take your pick and write this up as a learning experience.

With no receipt. Go to the courthouse, get a small claims sheet. Walk into the store and start filling it out infront of the manager. Explain to them that you will subpoena their entire list of customer sales and orders from the distributors and find every single discrepancy and then report every single discrepancy to Revenue Canada. I am quite sure that will get their attention and get you looked after promptly IF you did infact purchase the equipment from them.
There are two sides to every story and for all we know you could have bought these in a flea market or online and are going after the first shop in town for warranty on something that came this way. If this is indeed the case or anything even remotely similar, then the shop is going to come after you.
Was it known about by the owner is the real question......

Turns out it was a big "misunderstanding" and "miscommunication" and they were more than happy to give me a full refund. Haha. Whatever, I got my money, I'm happy. Guess I won't be dealing with them anymore though.
