I'm posting, as promised, about another Audiowaves IASCA event.

I would like to know who would be interested in another Oshawa show maybe in July?

I need people to post as Jason and Brad both check the forums a bit and maybe if lots and lots of people post it will give them some incentive to talk to Paul or who ever is in charge of the IASCA events to create another show.

So, who's interested?

why the hell not , count me in altough me seems that we will need more sigantures then this to get the lazy organizers rolling . Aren't IASCA events time comsuming and costly events to get goin ? Sponsors requiered ? Mr.assumptions here never been affialited with any events .

^ Nah - they don't have to be expensive and if you get good turnout they can come close to breaking even or even turning minor profit. If you run it in conjunction with a store sale then the benefits outweigh the costs IMO.

Even if they do wind up costing in the end, you still get great exposure to people interested in exactly what your shop sells. Sounds like high payback advertising to me.

And as far as time to organize - not so bad. Once you've done it a couple times it's easy.

Sound as though you know exactly what you are talking about Paul . Care to, have time and resources to make it happend before Fall ?

To put things into further perspective , would it be something along the lines where a number of shops from around have a sale while the events and other things are going such as lemon and sausage stands and the like ? Sorta like at the exhibition place for various thems ? Has there ever been anything at the Ex for dedicated car audio or is the place to darn expensive to rent and the niche not big enough ?

Just curious but that location and a big event would probably have people form all over Canada and the U.S swing by to say hi If well organized and advertised .

I'll be there if I get my box built and new amp by then
