Halp plz

So I'm very new to car audio. The latest thing I've done my car is hookup a 10" 150w RMS sub and an amp with the same RMS. I want to also change out the four door speakers. The front needs 6x9 and the rear needs 6-3/4". I am looking at Kicker speakers that look nice and will match my sub brand lol. My main question is if these speakers will increase the bass from the stock speakers or if it will just stay the same. I just want them to be able to handle a bit more volume and give a better kick that you can feel. I really don't want to have to buy another amp, they are pretty expensive for me, and hooking up one amp to one sub took me 6 hours to figure out. I can't imagine how connecting four to one amp would be. If anyone can give me some advice I would really appreciate it

Welcome

Here are a few pointers.

Although most of our vehicles continue to be a work in progress, determine your goal. SPL ( Loudness) or Sq (accuracry) this will help to determine your path and plan.

Remember your system will only sound as good as it's weakest link. Start with a good head unit if you can, hopefully with a 4 volt or higher output.

The higher the output, the cleaner the signal will be to the amp, and the amp won't have to work as hard.

Don't be afraid to match up higher power amps to your speakers but use common sense in setting your gain and volume control. Make sure that you are seeing the RMS power, not peak power.

Power usually doesn't kill speakers, heat and distortion does.

You will get the bass from your sub, and mid bass from the other speakers. Correctly crossover points will make a huge difference as far as volume and clarity.

Sound deadening material in your car will make a world of difference, More bass, less road noise etc.

Good luck with your build, you have come to the right place.

Feel free to share and learn.
