hi..i'm new 01-18-2006 05:09 AM

Since I now have only my rears running off the head unit can I hook up a pair of midbass drivers to the speaker outputs that arent being used from the head unit anymore since im powerin my front stage off an amp? so essentially i'd have my front speakers in the doors and another set of midbass drivers (one just under the glove compartment and one above the gas pedal. Also if this is do-able..would this even add to the sound or take away from it?

ok the power issue aside tho.. it is do-able to still use those speaker outputs from the deck tho? it'll still put out sound..etc..?

Only if you can get the speakers into a box + not enough power.

yes, the speaker leads still work. Will it sound good? Refer to the above comments.
