help amp/car electrical, speakers

hey there guys, i had a few questions. i have mitsubishi eclipse 99, with a 200 amp alternator, interstate 31 group battery, 2 power acoustiks speakers and 2 tweeters (back 2 are blown ) 1 apline 12V 400.5 chanel amp, 1 hifonics 1200 brutus wired by 4 gauge to a Re SXX 12''. my question was that i wanted to add another re sxx 12 so i would 2 and push around 2000 watts rms.
my first question is, should i get 1 amp that produces enough wattage for both subs or get 1 amp each for 1 sub? what would be better for the electrical system, mind you they are both running @1 ohm.

my second question is, for some reason, my lights started to dim ? whenever i play my music near 70%, my lights start dimming even tho i have a 200 amp alternator ( made by nate @ excessive amperage). they even dim while im driving at 2-3k rpm.. now i dont know why its doing that and its confusing me if i should get another sub or not :S although i do want more bass...

my third question is, i wanted to upgrade my speakers. i wanted to know what speakers would be the BEST for my car. i want the sound quality to be good as my subs.

thanks!!

The lights dimming could be a grounding issue.
Make sure you have good body to battery and battery to alternator (motor) grounding with suitable cable size.
