Help with Deck differences

Hey new to the fourm looks great! Alright the problem I'm having is that I currently own a Kenwood KDC x890 deck and am looking to going to a full screen. I can currently get a deal on a Kenwood DDX-6019. Now my question is that my deck now has three preouts that are 5V each. This deck has three preouts and 2V each. I'm confused as to what this means. Does this mean this deck is less powerful as mine? I'm new to car audio, but have been told my components are better then average. I have zapco amps and am running hertz audio hienergy speakers and a single hertz 12" high energy sub. I don't know if that will help in explaining the volt power in terms of the preouts. Thanks for the help.

That is just the pre amplified voltage of the deck. Switching from 5V to 2V shouldn't make much of a difference. You will have to re-adjust your gains on your amps, but other than that there will be no loss.

a little higher quality signal getting through your rca's

Alright now my next question is this a good deck. Also am I gaining any by swtiching other then having a screen opposed to just a deck.

I've read many postive reviews about that particular deck although never used it myself.

As to whether it's better than your current deck or you'll be gaining anything, that is all user specific. You're gaining video, the ability to watch dvd's and/or related. To me thats a huge gain, but whether or not you care about that is up to you.
