Help finding a Head Unit

I'm in the market for a new head unit. I'm looking to buy a Digital Media Receiver (mechless). Here's my problem. I can't find a single one that has HD Radio integrated. I found 1 that an additional component could be purchased for it to enable HD Radio but it had front USB only, no rear. Sure, I can find CD HUs that have every option I want but I haven't used a CD in almost 4 years. Most of the DMRs that I have found have pathetic specs.

Since I can't find a DMR I've been looking at the Pioneer DEH-X9600BHS, it has everything I want but has the CD player I don't need. Does anyone have a suggestion on another HU of equal quality or higher while staying around the $180 range of the aforementioned Pioneer?

Here are the specs I require:
Integrated HD Radio
2 REAR USB (1 minimum)
Optional SXM radio component (such as the SXV200)
Bluetooth 3.0 (2.1 minimum)
3 pre-outs (2 min if one is switchable)
Ability to answer calls via Bluetooth
Acceptable seek time in regards to USB Flash media

I've tried other sites such as Alpine, Clarion & Kenwood but some don't have some of their 2014 line on the site, have no compare option or it doesn't function properly or have no search function to look for products with specific options. The Pioneer site at least has the check boxes to tic and weed out the products that don't meet your needs and the "compare" actually works and is easy to navigate.

So any suggestions on HU's? No need to go into detail about them, a model# will suffice. Thanks
