A few of my accounts carry this line of speakers. It's under the umbrella of Elettromedia (Audison).
I haven't auditioned anything from them myself so I can't comment on that but I'm sure like every other speaker line, they have entry-level to top-end products.

wasn't actually planning on buying any, just curious since I've never heard of them before
but yes I totally agree, no pair of speakers should be bought without hearing them first ....
if I do buy anymore speakers it'll be another set of macrom M1's for the car as I love the ones in my truck

in 1986 the dodge k-car was voted car of the year, from the hertz speakers ive heard(orange basket coax) hertz may be the new kcar, and we all know how good the kcar was. it sounded as though there was there was a large gap missing in the frequncy response between 500 and 1k, i never tested them to see exactly how big of a deviation, but if i were to guess i would say 4-5 db in that range, the lower midbass was weak. an alpine types 6.5" sounds better. that is one example, i have no experience with the rest of the line. i as well had heard that they were all this and that so i was expeting steak and got burger
