HI Everyone!

Just wanted to say hey to everyone at the forum. Ive got a couple questions about setting up a car audio system for my 2 door cvic hatchback.

My budget is roughly 2500$ for everything

...and am looking for the best possible setup for my car preferably basswise.

I am leaning towards going for a JL audio setup as i have 3 friends who have them all done up nicely and they sound soooo loud.

anyways any input is great.

I've heard cheap subs in a proper box pound. What products are available in Uxbridge. Never been there. Not to mention that it'll be in a hatch. Buy a mono amp for the sub(s) and spend the money on your fronts (amped of course)

I was thinking two JL 12inch w3v3's and 4 JL XR 650 speakers. a 500/1 JL amp for the subs and a smaller amp for the speakers.

I have 2 15" kicker CVR's in a sealed box, and I love it more than any other sub setup I have heard. Box was custom and tuned, and the subs I got for a good price. But you always need a good amp if you want quality.

$2500.00 can buy a kick-*** great sounding system these days. Shop smartly and stay away from the JL stuff, it will eat up your budget fast and there is a lot more bang for the buck out there. Leave it for the rich people with unlimited budgets.

I'm a patient guy who will hold out as long as it takes for the stuff that I really want to surface at a bargain price. My setup in my daily driver is in my profile, some of my other projects will be added to it when they are completed.
