It looks like too much emphasis was on the asthetics, and not much on the r&d side of things. Anyways who am I to talk...they did a great job with their BX series of amps. But then again what other marvels can this company in the Crunch era make.

if you keep reading in the second link Alex from sound decisions actually tested the hifonics sbus and they matched the l7s!
