Swap your speaker wires on the amp left to right, right to left, chances are that the noise will still be there. If it is not then you may have a faulty channel in the amp. If the sound is still there (I expect it is) swap the speaker wires back to original, next swap the rca cables left to righ, right to left, is the sound there or not. I expect it will be, if it is not, you may have a cd player or rca cable problem, if it is there it is an amplifier problem. Check the gain, it may be too high.
Another possibility is that if you are using component speakers, the crossover may be inducting noise into the circuit, move the crossover away from wherever it is mounted.
You generally hear noise from the right side of the car as the speaker there has a direct path to your ear, your driver side speaker usually would have a direct path to your ankle or waist, put your head down in front of that speaker to check for noise. Hope this helps.
