Question Honda Passport audio Questions

I'm considering to upgrade my current sound system which is stock.
Currently the HU: is Double DIN 5-disc CD changer. I want to swap it with this:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/NEW-SONY-WX-GT77UI-DOUBLE-DIN-CAR-CD-MP3-IPOD-PLAYER-EQ-/300438487035?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Car_Audio_In_Dash_Rec eivers&hash=item45f3877ffb

Do you think this will be an upgrade or should i keep the stock however the CD laser lens is broken so i can only use cassette.

The front door: has two tweeter 3/4'' and 2x 5.25'' speakers
The rear door : has 2x 5.25'' speakers
I want to swap the 5.25'' with 2 pairs of these:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/SONY-XS-GT1326A-5-25-2-WAY-150W-CAR-SPEAKERS-NEW-PAIR-/140419588564?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Car_Speakers&hash=ite m20b1a8e1d4

The rear roof has a pair of 2x 4'' speakers and i want to swap theses for"

http://cgi.ebay.ca/SONY-XS-W4021-4-2-WAY-120W-CAR-AUDIO-SPEAKERS-NEW-PAIR-/140419588618?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Car_Speakers&hash=ite m20b1a8e20a

So theirs what i would like however i need some advice. Is Sony a good brand i picked them as the new Honda's have Sony sound systems and i had a good experience with Sony. The HU is rated at 52wattsx4 would this be enough to power the 8 speakers now(stock) and after with the upgrade listed? Any advice is appreciated i don't mind changing brands but i'm on a budget. Also where can i buy car audio in Canada it only looks like Canadian tire, Bestbuy and Futureshop have car audio.

Also in the near future i'm hoping to get these:

There is a list of CDN dealers on this forum that can help you with some great choices for car audio in Canada. Personally, friends don't let friends buy Sony. Been that way for the 22 years I have sold car audio. You seem to have a idea of what you are after, now come up with a budget.

Well my budget is gonna range around 1,000 including the subs i mentioned. I'm not looking for anything too good it's just for some normal use, not SPL. My friends brother's a mechanic and he has Sony audio in all of his cars(he has 5) he doesn't do any SPL or anything just normal use, which is what i planned for. By the way is ebay.ca a good place to shop as i see most of the suppliers on the website are for high end SPL equipment. Also do you think the HU i listed will have enough RMS to power all 8 speakers in my car?

I have lots of stuff in stock and I can easily put together a good system for you. Unlike ebay, I can actually be spoken to and asked questions.

dont run 4 pairs of speaker on a deck.. 2ohm load on a deck might work but it will get hot.. poor deck.. just get a 4ch amp and it will hold 2ohm per channel.
