How can I convince

my dad that his car wont get louder without sounding as clean, that if he does get more bass he will complain more about how his fronts arent keeping up, and how his car wont be as loud as my brothers jimmy.

he has
1 set of 6.5 diamond hex in the front
1 set of diamond D3 6x9's in the back
1 DD c4 running the speakers.
2 DD 3512's
1 DD M2(recently switched from the powerbass 3000d)

I set both amps so they sounded really good, the clipping light wasnt even comming on the tiniest little bit. It was pretty loud, like perfect sounding, the bass was loud and the speakers sounded really clean, then he decided to crank the gains so the 6x9s sounded like and the clipping light was on pretty steady, then he cranked the sub amp so the clipping light was on pretty steady also and still was all pissy.

WHAT CAN I DO??

he needs his back seat. Subs and port are facing into the car and it sounds good. but hes silly and wont stop being a baby till his car is as loud as my brothers suv
